EXHIBITOR BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE!
The partners, patients, and caregivers of the Sickle Cell Consortium are delighted to invite the Orlando and surrounding Business Community to join us for the 12th Annual Sickle Cell Warriors Convention (formally known as the Sickle Cell Patient & Family Educational Symposium). This hybrid event includes opportunities for both in-person and virtual exhibitors/vendors.
In-Person Vendors are invited to join us at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, beginning Wednesday, July 16.
Virtual vendors are invited to join us using the Whova.com platform, beginning Tuesday, July 17th.
After purchasing your vendor booth, both in-person and online vendors will receive an invitation from Whova to join the Whova platform.
Exhibit booths are available both in-person and in the virtual space. Prices vary based on booth and
participation type and level.
- In-person: All in-person booths will include the option to add an unmanned virtual booth in Whova.
- Virtual only: This booth will be available virtually through Whova and can be manned or unmanned.
- Both In-person and virtual: This option enable a vendor to set-up both an in-person booth and a virtual booth in Whova. The virtual booth can be manned or un-manned.
This page is ONLY for the purchase of vendor/exhibit booths by local, small or minority-owned, Orlandian businesses. All other booth types (including industry, academia, and sickle cell CBOs, patients/caregivers, and partners, should visit the REGISTRATION page and add a booth as an add-on to registration.
EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT: The Sickle Cell Consortium is delighted to announce a partnership with the Houston Urban League. All businesses associated with the Houston Urban League will receive a 50% discount on the Vendor/Exhibit Booth cost. Contact your local representative to receive the discount code for this exciting new partnership.

Notice: Sickle Cell Patients, Caregivers, and SC3 Partners should visit the registration page to register then add a vendor/exhibit booth in the "add-on" section.
GUIDELINES
Purchase of an exhibit booth does not replace registration. All exhibitors planning on attending the Convention must also register.
The sale of pharmaceutical products, food, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or any illegal products is strictly forbidden.
Approval and inclusion of vendor/exhibit do not imply endorsement by the Sickle Cell Community Consortium or Consortium partners.
Acceptance of exhibitors is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Consortium. All exhibitors/vendors are subject to the conditions and requirements contained within these guidelines.
The exhibitor agrees to pay the rental space in full within 10 business days of approval. The Consortium may revoke acceptance at any time. If canceled by the Consortium applicant will receive a full refund. Exhibitors must cancel prior to Friday, July 5th, to receive a 50 % refund. All cancellations after Friday, July 5th, will not be refunded and will result in the loss of the exhibitor fee. Exhibits cannot be transferred to another for any reason.
